What RenewMitra is

A reminder tool. We help you remember renewal dates you enter. We are not a government body, a legal or compliance advisor, and not affiliated with FSSAI or any authority.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of the dates you enter and for renewing on time. Reminders can fail (email in spam, WhatsApp not delivered, wrong date entered). Please do not rely on RenewMitra as your only safeguard.

Contacts you add

Only add people who expect reminders. Misuse (spam, harassment) leads to suspension.

Plans and payments

Paid plans run for one year from payment and do not renew automatically. Fees are shown at checkout. If a plan ends, your data stays and limits return to the Free plan.

Acceptable use

No attempts to break, probe or overload the service, and no unlawful uploads.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, RenewMitra is provided as is, and our liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the last 12 months.
