Documents you need to renew your FSSAI Food License
Gather these before you start. Renew with: FoSCoS (FSSAI).

Form B
The renewal application generated while filing on the FoSCoS portal.

Existing FSSAI license
A copy of your current licence with the 14-digit number.

Photo ID of proprietor / partners
Aadhaar, PAN, voter ID, passport or driving licence.

Proof of business premises
Rent agreement, property papers or a recent electricity / water bill.

Food safety management plan
Your FSMS declaration or certificate covering hygiene practices.

Water test report
From a recognised laboratory. Needed for manufacturing / processing units.

List of food products
Required for manufacturers, relabellers and repackers.
08
Import Export Code (IEC)
Only if your business imports or exports food products.
Before you file
- Late renewal attracts a daily penalty and the licence can lapse.
- Start at least 30 days before the expiry date so a rejected form does not push you past it.
- Requirements and fees can differ by state or city. Confirm the final list on the official site or with the issuing office.
- Keep clear PDF or JPG scans of every document ready before you begin.
